Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use Vocalise.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Who we are
Vocalise is an online English tutoring service operated by TRAIANO Nistor ("Vocalise", "we", "us", or "our"). For the personal data we process about you when you use the Service, TRAIANO Nistor acts as the data controller.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Lesson and booking data — the lessons you book, your schedule, and progress information.
- Support communications — messages you send us and our replies.
- Usage and device data — how you interact with the Service, along with device identifiers, log data, and IP address.
Payment-related data (such as card details) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and is not stored by us.
3. How we use your data

4. How we share your data
We share personal data only as needed with:
- service providers and subprocessors that host our infrastructure, provide analytics, or power support tooling;
- our Merchant of Record, Paddle, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
- professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers; and

5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside your country or region, including outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.
6. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@vocalise.live.
