Vocalise is operated by TRAIANO Nistor. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly subscription plans and individual lesson purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at hello@vocalise.live and we'll help you through the process.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, any related subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will end. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
